Patrick Clendenen practices general, civil, business, intellectual property litigation and personal injury.  He is a trial lawyer with significant experience in sophisticated business and fiduciary disputes, including contracts, consumer financial services, products liability, business torts, class action suits, derivative actions, and securities matters. He also focuses on intellectual property litigation, including Internet, patent trade mark, copyright, and trade secret matters.

 

Pat Clendenen has represented a wide range of individual public and private business clients nationally in both the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, Illinois, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, Missouri, Florida, Texas, Arizona, Ohio, and California.  He also represents individual and business and corporate clients in domestic and international alternative dispute resolution.

Following law school, Mr. Clendenen was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Ellen Bree Burns, then Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
