BENJAMIN H. LEVITES
Benjamin Levites is an associate at Clendenen & Shea, where he focuses his practice on representing individuals, corporations and municipalities in disputes before state and federal courts, and arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Levites received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a William B. Carswell Scholar, an editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law, and a member of the Philip C. Jessup International Law moot court team.
While in law school, Mr. Levites served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Claire R. Kelly in the United States Court of International Trade. Mr. Levites also interned at a major financial institution and an international law firm.
